Communicate the results Figure 5 illustrates this process graphically The first step of the process should be to identify the problem, which has already been extensively discussed. There is ordinarily a fine line between money available to perform an experiment and the cost of collecting data. We want to collect as much data as possible, but if a variable is not needed then perhaps it should not be collected.

The model parameters from the two-term exponential equation also directly translate to pharmacokinetic parameters, such as volume of distribution. There is no similar theory for inverse polynomials – they are strictly empirical equations. The parameters of an inverse polynomial have no physiological meaning.
